1. Remove existing shingles and felt dry-in down to the wood deck.
2. Remove existing wood decking down to the rafters/trusses.
3. Repair all structural framing or bring up to International Building code.
4. Install new Radiant Barrier 7/16th OSB wood decking to Manufacturer's Specs.
5. Install synthetic Shark Skin dry-in vapor barrier with tin tab and nails.
6. Install Leak Barrier Rubberized Membrane prior to the 20" wide valley metal in the valleys.
7. Install all metal drip edge and pipe flashing's.
8. Seal all lead pipe flashing's, valley metal and DL metal drip edge with roofing cement.
9. Install 30 year Dimensional shingle to Manufacturer's Specs (six nails per shingle).
10. Finished project.
